1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, billing details.
• Business Management Data: Projects, tasks, client records, team members, and workflow data you enter into Apper.
• Technical Data: IP address, device information, error logs, and session durations.

3. Age Restriction (18+)

Our services are designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and legal entities (companies). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18; if we become aware of such data, we delete it immediately.

4. Use and Sharing of Data

• Your data is processed to manage your account, provide business management tools, handle billing, and ensure infrastructure security.
• Your data is never sold. It is shared only with essential infrastructure providers (server hosting) and payment infrastructure providers (e.g., Stripe).
• If data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Retention and Your Rights (GDPR)

• When you delete your account, your business management data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Legal/tax records are retained for 7 years as required by Estonian law.
• You may contact destek@apper.com to exercise your rights to access, rectify, export, or delete your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
