Apper Terms of Service

1. Scope of the Agreement and Age Restriction

By using Apper, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, and if you are acting on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to legally represent that company.

2. License and Acceptable Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use Apper for your business management purposes.
  • Prohibited Actions: It is strictly forbidden to copy or reverse-engineer the source code, use bots or automation that may slow down the system, store illegal data, or examine Apper to develop a competing business management software.

3. Payment, Subscription, and Token System

Apper offers Monthly, Yearly, and Token (Credit) based flexible usage models:

  • Subscriptions: Monthly/Yearly plans automatically renew at the end of the period. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
  • Token (Credit) Usage: You may purchase tokens for transactions, storage, or special module access.
  • Refunds and Validity: Due to the nature of digital services and credits, purchased tokens are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. Unused tokens are valid for [e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.
  • In the event of late or failed payments, APPER reserves the right to suspend your service.

4. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business, client, and project data you enter into Apper.
  • Apper's Rights: The application's interface, code, and brands are the property of APPER SOFTWARE OÜ.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee that your business processes will run uninterrupted or be error-free.
  • Data Backup: It is your responsibility to back up your business data to your own systems.
  • Limitation of Liability: APPER shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss. APPER's maximum legal liability is limited to the total fees paid to us in the last 12 months preceding the event causing the damage.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to immediately close your account if you violate these terms (e.g., illegal use, payment default).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the Harju County (Estonia) Courts. (EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before their local consumer protection courts.)
